Fletcher Bates is the founder and driving force behind Coastal Athletics, bringing more than two decades of experience in baseball instruction, athletic development, and mentorship. His vision has always been clear — to create a training environment where athletes of all ages can grow their skills, confidence, and love for the game.
Fletcher Bates was drafted by the New York Mets in 1993 and played professionally in their minor-league system. He was later traded to the Florida/Miami Marlins organization and continued his professional career through the early 2000s.
